Help Paying Your Bill

Are you having a hard time paying your bill? There is help out there!

The Human Response Network is a local, grant funded organization that may be able to assist you with your past due balance. Please contact them at (530) 623-2024 to see if you qualify.

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) may also be able to assist with weatherization of your home and/or your home heating expenses. The program is based on income and family size, but can be very helpful if you qualify. You can contact them at (800) 287-8711.

To apply for the District's Energy Net (Low Income) program please contact Trinity County Health and Human Services Adult Services at (530) 623-8209 or pick up an application at the District office in Weaverville.
